The Skull Mount Base is 14-gauge steel and two welded 10-gauge base mounts for accepting the 10-gauge welded hook. The hook and the base holes will shift in 5° increments, ensuring compatibility with various European Mount Antlers or Horns. We have painted the base and hook to guarantee the long-lasting durability of your European Mount Hanger.
 
 The European Mount already comes equipped with ½ of the French Cleat Hanger installed, and the other ½ can be effortlessly installed on your wall using the provided sheetrock mollys and screws. You will need your tools for this task, including a level, a small pilot drill, and a Phillips #2 screwdriver. The French Cleat can accommodate a total weight of up to 50 pounds, while the European Skull Mount weighs approximately 5 pounds. The skull can have a maximum weight of 45 pounds.
